At Au, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Au account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
